🚫 No-Cancellation Policy
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
📦 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at contact@neverlanddelivery.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
🔄 14-Day Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy for damaged goods or incorrect items ONLY.
• You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
🔁 Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you must contact us at contact@neverlanddelivery.com to start the process.
• Shipping Responsibility: If your order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
💳 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
